Families with students in Kindergarten to Grade 8 are able to apply for the St. Faustina Tuition Assistance Scholarship at Divine Mercy Academy. We ask that only families in financial need who require assistance to attend DMA complete an application as the need often exceeds our financial resources. With the belief that every child deserves an academically excellent Catholic education, and the hope that no parent should be deterred from joining our DMA family due to financial reasons, the St. Faustina Scholarship fund has been created to assist families that are dedicated members of our community. This annual scholarship is re-evaluated each year to be sure that all families are considered and receive the assistance they need.
The DMA St. Faustina Scholarship Application will be considered complete once the following is submitted:

Additionally, if you are fortunate enough to be selected for financial assistance via the St. Faustina Tuition Assistance Scholarship at Divine Mercy Academy, we respectfully request that you participate as fully as possible in spreading the Good News about DMA as well as volunteering for fundraising efforts, and/or joining Parent Ambassadors or participating in as many HSA initiatives as your schedule allows.
Supporting active parishioners of St. Cecilia or Sacred Heart of Jesus parish, and other parishes in the Diocese of Paterson are entitled to an “in-parish” tuition rate for Kindergarten through 8th grade that is less than the full cost of educating a child at Divine Mercy Academy. If you claim membership in a parish and expect reduced tuition as the result of such membership, the reduced tuition is not approved until your parish confirms your status as an active parishioner. Divine Mercy Academy expects any Catholic family paying the reduced tuition rate to contribute via the Sunday Offering Envelope or online giving (WeShare) program to qualify for a discount. If you do not participate in the financial support of your parish, you will not be entitled to the discount. To be eligible for the active parishioner tuition rate, you must return the Verification of Active Parishioner Status form to the school office with the signed approval of your local pastor. This form can be found on the Admissions page, under Admissions Documents.
Transfer grants are available for public school students transferring into Grades 1-8 at Divine Mercy Academy. Students transferring from public school into Grades 1 through 8 receive $500 their first year and $250 their second year.
As part of our tuition incentive program, if you recommend Divine Mercy Academy to a new family and they enroll at our school, you will receive $350.00 off your tuition! The new family must mention your name and tell us you referred them when they register. Help us spread the good news about Divine Mercy Academy!
