Library/Research
Under the direction of Mrs. Nina Roberti, the Library/Research classes for our students are designed to develop essential research skills and foster a love of reading. Students will learn how to effectively use library resources, including books, online databases, and digital tools, to find and evaluate information. They will be introduced to the research process, from identifying credible sources to organizing and presenting findings.
The course will also emphasize critical thinking, information literacy, and how to cite sources correctly. Additionally, students will explore a variety of genres and authors, encouraging independent reading and supporting literacy development. By the end of the course, students will feel confident in their ability to conduct research, find information, and use it ethically, while also cultivating a lifelong interest in books and learning.
