I like working at the Academy because… Teaching at DMA is a blessing because it allows me to share the most important message with my students - Jesus loves them. Helping children understand His love and guiding them to grow in faith is at the heart of everything I do.
Teaching Philosophy: As the kindergarten teacher at Divine Mercy Academy, my mission is to nurture the whole child-spiritually, academically, socially, and emotionally. Inspired by Saint Teresa of Calcutta’s call to “do small things with great love,” I strive to meet each child where they are, celebrate their individuality, and guide them to reach their fullest potential. I believe that helping children excel academically also means fostering their growth in faith and kindness, so they can reflect Christ’s love in their actions. Teaching is my calling and a true blessing in my life. My goal is to create a classroom where every child feels valued, supported, and inspired to love learning.
When I’m not in the classroom you will find me…spending time with my family and friends, baking, cooking-especially Italian food-reading, shopping, or jogging.
My Personal Motto… “Do small things with great love” (inspired by Saint Teresa of Calcutta).
